1 RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you enjoy your shoes that have been crafted for you by us. If you have any questions, on size, fit, material or what style we would suggest, please do not hesitate to contact us hello@darcesandals.com before you place your order!

We offer full refund or exchanges for change of mind for our shoes.

Requests for an exchange or refund must be made within 5 days of receiving an item via email to hello@darcesandals.com

If the shoes are not a suitable fit or are defective in any way (not including naturally occurring scars on our vegetable tanned leather sandals) you have up to 5 days from when we have received your exchange or refund request to ship back for an exchange or full refund. They must be returned unworn with no marks, signs of wear or damage to the sole or anywhere on the shoes with all original packaging otherwise we cannot complete a refund or exchange.

Please note, shipping fees are not refundable. Return postage for complimentary international orders over $650 will need to be covered by the customer. We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking as we are not responsible for any lost incoming parcels and cannot provide a refund if the package is lost.

Please note the following terms & conditions apply to all sales made purchased from our Sample Sale page or any other sale we may have.

All sales are as marked & final, no discount code is required or applicable. The sale will continue until stock lasts; we are then unable to honour sale prices after the sale has ended.

  • All sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges or will be provided (inclusive of size changes) unless an item is deemed faulty by our Customer Care team (please email an image of the fault to hello@darcesandals.com for us to review)

  • We will not under any circumstances be able to honour the sale price on past orders, irrespective of how recently your past order was placed.

  • Other discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with the online sale offer, this is inclusive of the 10% welcome code.

  • Please ensure you check your order, delivery address and phone number before checking out to avoid disappointment. We will not be held liable for incorrect addresses.
